AnyDex User Content Sharing Terms

1. Introduction

These User Content Sharing Terms (“Terms”) govern your ability to share lists and items within the AnyDex mobile application (“Application”), developed by R Steiner (“Service Provider”). By choosing to share content, you agree to these Terms in addition to the AnyDex Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use the sharing features of the Application.

2. Scope of Sharing

• Users can choose to share each list individually.

• Lists can be shared either:

  1. Publicly: so any user of the Application can view them.

  2. Privately: with specific friends you select.

• When sharing a list, you can choose whether to also share the items associated with that list or only the list itself.

• You may update or revoke sharing settings at any time. Revoked content will be removed from shared areas but may persist in cached or operational copies for technical or legal reasons.

• User generated content includes (but is not limited to) your public profile username, any/all information related to lists you choose to share publicly or with friends (including list names, fields, etc.), any/all information related to items you choose to share publicly or with friends (including item names, field values, tags, attached images, etc.).

3. User Responsibilities

By sharing content, you agree that:

• You own or have the rights to all content you share, including items, images, text, notes, tags, and labels.

• Content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or AnyDex rules.

• Content is accurate, appropriate, and safe for the AnyDex community.

• You are responsible for any personal data included in content you share. Only share data that you are legally permitted to share.

4. License Grant to AnyDex

By sharing content, you grant AnyDex:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use your shared content within the Application.

• This license is necessary for AnyDex to provide sharing functionality, including:

  1. Displaying content to others.

  2. Caching, backing up, or processing content for operational purposes.

  3. Moderating content for compliance and safety.

You retain ownership of your content at all times.

5. Moderation and Safety

1. AnyDex reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or AnyDex rules.

2. AnyDex is not responsible for content shared by other users.

3. You agree to indemnify AnyDex for any claims arising from your shared content.
   
   

5.1. Prohibited Content

• You agree not to share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.

• Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or violence.

• Encourages dangerous behavior, self-harm, or illegal activity.

• Violates intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks) or the rights of third parties.

• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Violates applicable laws or AnyDex rules.

AnyDex may remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules.

5.2. Reporting Content

Users can report content they believe violates these Terms. AnyDex will review reports and may remove or restrict content at our discretion. Reporting helps maintain a safe and compliant community.

6. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

• Any content you share may include personal data. Sharing content constitutes explicit consent to process this data in accordance with the AnyDex Privacy Policy.

• You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction) for personal data included in shared content by contacting support@fglab.co.

• AnyDex processes shared content only to provide the sharing functionality and for operational purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

AnyDex may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes before you next share content. Continued use of the sharing features after changes constitutes acceptance.
